Visa & Entry Requirements

  • Visa Exemptions: Vietnam currently grants visa exemptions for 80+ countries (including much of ASEAN, parts of Europe, and selected Asia-Pacific nations).

  • Invitation Letters: Registered delegates can request an official invitation letter from the Summit team to support visa applications.

Travel & Flights

  • Airports: Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) is served by direct flights from Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Paris, Sydney, and the U.S. West Coast (via SFO).

  • Airport Transfers: Dedicated transfer desks and car services will be available at SGN for registered VIP delegates.

  • Customs & Entry: Fast-track immigration service is highly recommended, and available upon request for Summit VIPs.

On-the-Ground Logistics

  • Shuttle Service: Shuttles between partner hotels and the Summit venue will be available throughout the event.

  • Concierge Services: Vanguard’s concierge team can assist with reservations, private drivers, and restaurant recommendations.

  • Language: The Summit is conducted in English. Simultaneous interpretation into Vietnamese is available for select sessions.

  • Many countries enjoy visa exemptions. If not, a 90-day multi-entry e-visa is available. Invitation letters are provided for delegates who require them.

  • Yes. Shuttles connect partner hotels to the Summit venue. VIP transfers from the airport can also be arranged.

  • English is the primary language. Simultaneous Vietnamese interpretation is available for select sessions.

  • The Summit is organized by Vietnam Vanguard, an executive leadership platform founded by Cuong Dang, with strategic academic, corporate, and institutional partners.

  • Delegates include unicorn founders, family business successors, conglomerate chairs, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, policymakers, and global executives from Singapore, Korea, Japan, the U.S., and Europe

  • Attendance is by application only. You may apply via the [Apply to Attend] link. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email and payment details.

  • Delegate numbers are capped at ~600 to ensure quality of dialogue and networking.

  • Passes are issued to named delegates. Transfers may be requested in writing but are subject to approval.

  • Business attire for both private dinner and conference.
